Robert Król appointed NASK deputy director

On November 25, 2020, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appointed Mr. Robert Król to the position of NASK Deputy Director. He will be responsible for the development of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence Applications and Data Analysis (AIDA) and will supervise the NASK Branch in Białystok, running the EZD RP project.

- I congratulate Mr. Robert Król on the nomination and I am very glad that the new energy will be provided to the management team of the Institute. His experience gained in the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister corresponds perfectly with the growth course of NASK. I wish the Director many professional successes in the implementation of the tasks assigned to him - said Wojciech Pawlak, Director of the NASK National Research Institute.

 

Before joining NASK, Robert Król was the deputy director of GovTech Polska at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, supervising FakeHunter project, dedicated to counteracting disinformation on the web together with the Polish Press Agency. Previously, he was the deputy director of the Open Data Department and the Development of Digital Competences at the Ministry of Digitization, where he was responsible for supporting the strategic activities of the Minister of Digitization in the area of ​​promoting digital competences.
