EZD RP - Electronic Document Management in Public Administration
Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute in partnership with the Podlaskie Voivode implements the project: ‘EZD of the Republic of Poland - Electronic Document Management in Public Administration’ within the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 ‘E-administration and open government’, Measure 2.2 ‘Digitization of back-office processes in government administration’.
The main objective of the project is to improve the functioning of government administration units by building and making available modern and universal digital back-office solutions in the area of electronic document management in response to the real business needs of administration.
The planned products of the project are the system of EZD RP for electronic documentation management and the cloud infrastructure, providing services of EZD RP in SaaS model.
Project implementation period: from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2021.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget under the Digital Poland Operational Programme, in accordance with the agreement No. POPC.02.02.00-00-0016/18-00 concluded on 24 January 2019.
